At Bamboo Leaf Decor, each piece is handcrafted using natural materials. Because every item is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are part of its unique character and are not considered defects.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please:

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    Email clear photos of:
    * the damaged item,
    * the shipping box,
    * the shipping label,
    * and all packaging materials.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production or shipping preparation has begun, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
